How often do you deliver?

We currently deliver every Sunday, by 8am, and will be adding new weekly delivery slots soon.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes—cancel anytime 48 hours before your next billing  date to stop future charges.

How am I billed?

Weekly by subscription by recurring card payment.

Refunds?

We can’t refund once the week’s payment has been taken. That week’s delivery will still go ahead.

Bottle returns?

Leave rinsed bottles on your doorstep the evening before delivery, we collect and credit them on your account. Fees: £2 per bottle per day if late; £7 per broken bottle.

Is the juice pasteurised?

No—everything is cold-pressed and unpasteurised for maximum flavour.

Can I pause or skip?

Yes—manage deliveries from your account up to 48 hours before next delivery (Friday 8pm)
